I would stick to colors in the green and blue family or possibly purple with light glitter in it to create whimsey. Urban Decay would be a good brand to try because they often have glittery shadows with great pigmentation. I would recommend going with a nude lip as the eyes will have a lot going on.

If you're trying to get the fairy look with your makeup, you can use a lot of sparkly eyeshadow and body glitter to make your skin glow and shine like a fairy. You can also use silver eyeliner to make your eyes glow and extend it out past your eye for an exotic look.
