Think of it like a large bird feeder. Cut several slits in the bottom, for the feed you've chosen to pass through. Place in a shallow bucket (about 1 foot deep). Make some holes in the bucket for rain to drain out. Place against a tree and tie together.

It's very simple.Get a 10 foot pipe and get a joint for a 90 degree at the bottom. then get a 1 foot pipe and cut 1/2 the pipe and accessible

You will need to cut the pvc pipe to match the bucket you use. Next, drill five holes in the bottom of a bucket, and fit the pvc pipe through the bucket. The idea, is that the pipe and bucket work together, so that the deer pellets are distributed effectively.
