Go and buy any type of body shaper(the spandex outfits used to give you a better figure) and stuff it in the front and then wear some type of layered clothing over it.

Fold a hand towel in half, then in thirds. Pin it across the inside of your underwear, taking care that the pins don't show through. For a later stage of pregnancy, fill a 1-gallon zip lock bag with foam or cotton batting; pin inside underwear that is too large.

Take a pillowcase and cut two circles, one about 3 inches larger than the other, size depending on how far along you want to the pregnancy to be, about 10 inches circumference, stuff and sew edges around. Tie string to either sides, wrap and tie strings together in back.

take a round pillow some rope and tie is to your tummy. see whats more realistic; a belly widens slowly, is biggest at belly button and down again, then put the top on! I did it, and preggolovers even put me in their videos :) very realistic

If you don't want to buy one (yes, they make those) you can do it yourself. Buy a tight fitting spandex top, preferably a body suit. In the stomach of the spandex, put a cushion from a stool (like the kind you'd have at a kitchen counter).
