how do i know i've picked the right religion?

Does the tenets of the religion mesh with your personal beliefs and moral philosophy? Or are there areas where you disagree, and do you think you can live with the difference? Have you fully explored other belief systems and seen what might also be out there? It all depends on how you feel about it.

You will feel a sense of peace inside. You will also feel confortable with the tools they give to deal with life and the unknown.

If it feels right, and you feel comfortable with the practices and tenets, and it gives you some kind of benefit, then you've picked the right one.

Probably if you grew up with a religion it is best to stick with it. There might be some different rituals, but in essence all religions basically teach us that there is something higher then us, and guide us to be the best that we can be.

1. Do you believe what your faith teaches? 2. Are you able to follow its guide lines for a proper life? If not, will you do so in order to meet its standards? 3. Does it meet your emotional and spiritual needs? 4. Can you follow its guidelines without violating your ethical code?
