Roll out and cut the rubber to fit. Torch down all seams and at the gutter edges. Some manufacturers of rubber roofing provide a kit with all you need including instructions. This is the best way to go or hire a pro to get the job down correctly.

Clean, re-fasten loose boards. Fill 1/4inch gaps. Roll out EPDM. Apply adhesive to roof deck and EPDM membrane. Fold epdm. Repeat process. Roll out next piece; allow six inch overlap.
