An air humidifier will work for mild to moderate cases of croup. A croup is a virus, so it needs to run its course. It's very common in children :)

Usually cough of the young child is horrible to listen, because they cannot say what the problem is and what is happening with them. So their parents have to take them to doctor and take preventive medicine from them. can give cough syrup and tablets.

You could try putting her in an area with cool or moist air, or trying a cool mist vaporizor to see if that helps.

croup usually gets better on its own but its worth going to the doctor to rule out something more serious
