This is process of illumination. Somewhere there is air coming into your pipes and you need to find which appliance it is. Sometimes metal pipes made of galvanized metal can cause whistling. Copper is quieter and is why it is more widely used.

Try to isolate where the noise is coming from by turning off supply to each appliance and device and then turning back on the one closest to your incoming water supply, then each subsequent one. Once isolated, try reducing water pressure to that device. Galvanized pipes can be another source of noise; copper is quieter.

Whistling noises in the plumbing just means you have air in the pipes. Find an outlet and run water until it bubbles out, this will eliminate the air.
