What is a good recipe for canning stuffed cherry peppers?

I have an abundance of cherry peppers and would like to can them but do not know how.

Wash peppers, blanch 3 minutes. Put into jars to about 1. 5 inches from top. Bring equal parts of vinegar and water with 2 tbsp salt to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes. Pour over peppers til. 5 inch from top of jar. Screw on lids.
