The simplest way would be to use a pressure washer an a small amount of detergent to power the paint off the surface. However if this is unwanted graffiti then in some areas of the country the local government will send someone round to your property to have it removed professionally.

You can try a product called Kean-Strip. It says it will remove graffiti from multiple surfaces including concrete. You can get it from most hardware store or online. if that doesn't work try pressure washing the driveway.

Well you could either was it with a paint remover or take a power washer to it. Power washing would do the best job of removing all the paint where solvent may bleed.
