Bleach is the ultimate purifier for getting rid of mushrooms as they are just mold. And bleach will clean away mold. You may need to clean the area with bleach and hot soapy water every day until all signs of the mushrooms and mold are gone. Keep the area dry and clean from then on.

You can get rid of ring mushrooms by using bleach water. Also try fertilizing your yard and use low amounts of nitrogen. Apply daily until you see the mushrooms start disappearing.
