I don't like sprays.

You can do two things. first you can boil same water with vinegar, this smell of vinegar is stronger than fish and evaporates rather fast. Secondly you can open all doors and windows and ventilate your kitchen this way, and hope the smell will be gone very soon.

You can use lemon to wipe on your kitchen range and surfaces, also you can put charcoal at the corners of your house that smells like fish this will absorb the stinky smell in a couple of days. You may also air vent your room or house for a whole day to let the smell waft outside.

After working in the kitchen at Red Lobster I realized that the cooked fish smell is nearly impossible to get rid of once it sets into your clothes. I reccomend using a mixture of baking soda and Borax in your laundry. About 1/4 cup of each part.
