To remove any trace of disease, drain the tank completely. Clean the tank and all implements, including the filter, with a water and bleach solution. Rinse everything thoroughly to remove all traces of bleach. Make sure you cycle the tank before adding new fish to prevent ammonia poisoning.

Clean the aquarium with a sponge or algae scraper to get debris off of the sides, and then scrub with bleach. It is important to not use soap to clean the tank because if there is any soap residue left, it could kill any new fish you put in there.

Take out all the water and clean any algae off the sides. Take out any gravel and rinse that off as well. You need to ensure that any water being put back into the fish tank is nice and clean so that the next round of fish don't die off as well.

Depending on the types of fish that you had, it could have been a problem with food or chemical levels in the water. After the fish have already died, you should just empty the tank and clean it out thoroughly before bringing new fish in. When you do, keep a close eye on chemical levels and temperature in the tank.

Just rinse the tank well and refill the water. We can also use water conditioner. Using paper or towel wipe out algae. Keep the tank away from all light sources.

To clean a fish tank scoop out around 1/3 of the water and replace it with tap water and get some water conditioning chemicals to get rid of all the chlorine. I think your fish are sick though..
