This is a job for a vet. Just like with humans, moles on cats can either be nothing to worry about or can be a precursor to cancer. You need an expert.

Cats are not prone to moles, so you should see a vet. This could indicate a cancer or growth, but may just be a birthmark.

Take it to a vet and have them remove it if they think it might lead to something more serious. Otherwise you should leave it alone.

Unless the mole is cancerous, you should just leave it alone. Trying to remove those things can cause infection. If you are concerned about it being cancer, get pet health insurance, then wait a while, then take it to the vet. Getting a biopsy is expensive and frustrating if the mole is benign.
