How do I get Pokemon on PSP?

The only way is to download an emulator onto your PSP, through a crack in the firmware made by Homebrew. Else, unless Sony obtained rights for Pokemon one day, the PSP will never have pokemon on it.

There are no Pokemon games for the psp. So in order to play an older game for a different system you would have to use some kind of emulator. This can only be done with custom firmware though.

Pokemon is a first party Nintendo exclusive game and, unfortunatley, is not available on the Sony PSP hand held gaming system. Video games featuring Pokenmon can only be found on Nintendo console gaming systems like the Game Cube, Wii and hand helds like the Nintendo Game Boy, DS and DSi.

Pokemon and all of the Pokemon games are products from Nintendo. The PSP is a Sony product. If you would like to play Pokemon, you will need a Nintendo system, such as the DS or the GameBoy Advance.
