If you beleive the debt is not valid send them a certified letter demanding proof within 30 days or they will have to invalidate the judgement.

If the creditor is suing you, you can go to court and be heard as to why the claim is not legitimate. If the judgment is in place and you did not attend the hearing, you can try to prove your claim and hope that creditor's agent will consider your argument.

You will need to follow the proper court procedure in filing an appeal for the case in which a judgement was ordered against you.

You may be able to attack a judgment against you when the other party comes to collect. You should contact a lawyer about it.
