Use lukewarm running water to rinse first, then after several seconds, gently apply some soap to the area that has insulation on it. Rub the soap gently in, then rinse.

Get Acetone (finger nail polish remover) since it will remove uncured foam insulation from your skin. Use it carefully, since it will dry your skin. Wash with hot soapy water. If the foam cures, scrape it off with your fingernail, scrub with pumice soap and use hot water.

Acetone will work at softening the insulation. Just be careful because it is flammable. You could also use a brush to chip away at it. Or,wait it out and let it remove itself over time.

You should try with nail polish remover and if that doesn't work, with a little professional paint remover, but dilute it a bit.

If it doesn't come off with soap and water, I would freeze it by putting ice on it and pick it off.

You can try using fingernail polish remover, but make sure you wash the polish remover off when you are done as to not cause irritation. You can also use a pumice soap and hot water. Make sure you apply a lotion after removing the insulation.

There is no real remedy, however, some suggest using a pumice stone, nail file, nail polish remover or just simply scraping it off.
