Tourists to the Caymans expect locals to hold most positions. If your business wants you to transfer, it will secure your visa. Otherwise, you must apply through the embassy, advisably before you leave home.
You must first have an offer of a job from an employer in the Cayman Islands. The employer will then apply and pay for a Work Permit on your behalf. Most employers will apply for a Temporary Permit first. If the employer is pleased with the employee performance they will apply for an Annual Permit.
To get a working visa for the Cayman Islands, you must be sponsored by a Caymanian company or go with an American company that can employ people in the Caymans.
For working visa, first we have to approved our application from the HRSDC where applying and after that have to submit our application to the high commision of the country where applying.
