If you are looking to play for the Dayton Dragons, you need to be a baseball player well enough to be drafted into the major leagues. Another, and the biggest way would be to have been selected by the Reds as the Dragons are their minor league affiliate.

If they are a non affiliated team, you can simply attend an open tryout for the ballclub. However if they are affiliated, you would need to be drafted.
