Be a real person that is interesting to be around. Be well dressed and well groomed. Act with self confidence. Look women in the eye. When you meet a woman, ask her plenty of questions about herself. She will think you are a great conversationalist. Being physically fit also helps.

In order to make yourself attractive as potential boyfriend material, make sure to first have a job, and preferrably a car and a place of your own.
