How do I find the manufacturer if I cannot find a brand name on a fly rod?

Go to a fly fishing forum and post a few pictures of it, these people know fly fishing in and out.

Your fly real should contain some sort of UPC code that allows you to research your manufacturer. If not by simply taking your fly rod into local sporting good shops , or by searching the interent for types simialr to your own to find the manufacturer.

Your best bet is to take it in to a fishing shop and let an expert take a look at it. They can usually identify the brand pretty easily.

You can search in a fishing catalog and see if you can identify the brand. If that does not work take your rod to a sports shop and one of the workers may be able to identify it for you. If that does not work go on a fishing website and post your rod and ask for help.
