You can look up cell phone number by typing into google free phone number search. Or you can type in reverse cellular phone lookup and many search results should show up. You will probably have to pay for them.

To do this, you must first know if the person you are trying to look up has a real cell phone contract with one of the bigger cellular phone chains, like TMobile or Sprint. If they don't, you wont be able to look up their cell. But if they do, go to put in the cell number, and walla!
