Create a logo like you normally do. Make sure to have transparent layers in it to achieve your purpose at the end. Then, when you are saving the file, save it as a PNG 24 bit format. If the logo has transparent elements then they will appear so in the final output if you choose to embed it anywhere.

First, have a layer that is the same color as your final background. Create your logo on top of this. Then hide the background-color-layer and save in PNG format.

Well, First you would have to create the logo you want. Then set the transparency of the colors that you used down to the amount that you would like to be seen. Then save the image as a. png file. You now have a transparent logo.

If you are wanting to create this you will first need to copy that particular image. Then you will need to open up that program and paste and save it.

Well start by creating your logo. Make sure to create it so that it is just the logo itself on the layer and it is not surrounded by white. Then simply reduce the opacity of the layer to make it as transparent as you want.
