You will usually need an external USB connector. Other than that, if you have bluetooth on your phone, you can connect using that if you have bluetooth on your computer.

Turn on the computer & T-mobile. Find the connector cable from the phone to computer. Attach the connector to your T-mobile first, then connect other section to the computer.

There is a data cable that most likely did not come with your phone. You can either order one online or go to your phone provider who most likely has one. Your phone most likely has a data cable port on it which you'd plug in the cable, and plug the USB end into your computer.

There are many different ways to connect your T-mobile to your computer. Depends on available interfaces of your hardware devices. Most common would be an interface cable via USB or serial COM. More flexible possibilities are connection via Bluetooth, Infra red oder even better WLAN (highest possible data transfer rate)

Well you phone should have included a cable to transfer data to your phone. If not you will need to buy one. This is the only way to go about it unless the phone and computer both have blue-tooth.
