How do I change an AC clutch?

Make sure engine is cool, disconnect the battery terminal and make sure freon/R134a chemicals are removed. Detach AC/Heat hoses and disconnect the electric clutch wire (and anything else) that leads to the compressor. Replace compressor (clutch is inside), but watch the back spacing. Reconnect wiring and hoses as well as the battery terminal. Start vehicle and test out the compressor.

You're going to first need to locate the clutch, you'll need some Allen Wrenches and a socket set. Kill the engine and make sure it's not hot, find the clutch and replace it with the same brand of one.

Let the engine cool completely before working uder the hood. Disconnect your battery terminal, starting with the negative charge first. Detach the hosses connected to the AC and heating.
