You do not have to do anything very special. Just do not let your cat go to outside a lot and try to watch her more carefully. Just prepare suitable place for her that she could be calm. Do not take her into your hands too much and don't let others do that either.

Make sure to feed your cat high quality cat food until its appetite decreases as is normal with pregnant cats. Also, it would be wise to take the cat to veterinarian for a checkup during this period. When the cat is ready to give birth, prepare a box with blankets and make sure the area is quiet.

You need to make sure she is comfortable and is eating a good, nutritious diet. When she is ready to have her litter of kittens, she will hide from you for awhile until she is done.

She will want (and need!) to eat and drink much more than she usually does, even after she gives birth. Provide her with as much as she wants. A week or two before she gives birth, start feeding her kitten food. It's best not to touch her belly at all.

First, consult your veterinarian if ever you found out that your cat is pregnant and discuss about the diet of your cat.Second, give her a meal twice a day.And last, always keep an eye on your cat and make sure that she is always in good shape and out of illness.

Make sure she has plenty of food and water at all times and very importantly when it's time to have the kittens, make sure she has a quite, undisturbed area to go to or she may leave your home to give birth.
