You have two part years -- this year and the year you were born. Find those two years and count the months in each. Each whole year is worth twelve months. Add the two partial years to the total count of full years with twelve months each, and you will have the right number.

Multiply your age by twelve then add the number of months past your birthday to find the number of months. Example: 14 years old born in August:(14*12=168+3=171)
