Start singing in local venues. Hopefully you'll meet some people and make some connections with someone that has recording equipment. Record some of your songs and sell them at your shows. You can also look into releasing the tracks on iTunes or getting local radio stations to play them. Good luck!

You could start by getting some music theory lessons and learn singing formally using this knowledge. Then write your own music and record an album. Do concerts too.
