Your local sewing machine shop is the best source of info for parts. If they don't stock the part you need, they can likely order it for you. There are also a number of sewing machine parts sites online.

Unfortunately, there is no way to find easily a buttonhole attachment. You need to go shopping around in your neighbourhood. Sometimes, you can find them in a antiques-shop or in an old sewing shop. But, I can assure you, it will be difficult.

You can find them on amazon. I've seen several ones and different variable prices. Ebay is also a good source.
