It is not very difficult to make your own web page. There are a number of software packages available that can easily assist you in doing so via a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) interface. Adobe Dreamweaver is a good software package to start with.

Not difficult at all! Even if you have no experience with HTML, text-based editors such as Dreamweaver exist that make web page creation as easy as using a word processor.

its not difficult at all all you have to do is go to a website that allows you to make free websites and after you do that you have to put whatever you want on the web page. its a lot like just typing what you want because they give you the website you just have to fill it in

It depends on how you approach it, through services like intuit, they can make it fairly simple, and you just have to pay a small server fee monthly.
