Question by  LuAnn (11)

How can you cool a hot room?

Answer by  Topea (90)

If there are windows and doors, open them, and if the windows don't open, close the shades. The darker the shades, the more light they block, keeping the room cooler. If you have a fan or air conditioning, put them to the setting you like and turn them on.

If you have some type of ventilation system, then I would suggest getting a large box fan or using the air conditioner if there is one available. That would be the fastest way.

To cool a hot room, you could try opening windows to allow air to circulate. Air conditioning will also do the trick. If you have access to a fan, you can put a bowl of ice in front of it and turn it on.

1. Increase air flow such as with a fan. 2. Add cool humid air, such as with a swamp cooler or melting ice.

Air circulation should help greatly. You can put a fan in a window and leave your door open to enhance the effect.

We can make a hot room cool by the following ways 1. Open the windows of the hot room first. 2. Repeatedly push and pull the door of the hot room at least for 10 times in order to allow the outside air to get into the room. 3. Make long towels wet and hang it in front of windows
