You can purchase pattern paper at most places that sell fabric. With this paper you can draw out the pieces that you want to change from the sewing pattern. It's not too hard. If you just want to change a few curves you can even use the old pattern pieces as a guide.

Get the measurements of the areas on the body you want to change on the pattern; draw your changes and leave a margin all around to sew (about 1/4 inch).

A sewing pattern can be altered. It is neither very easy to do nor very tough. Just open up the previous sewings in the piece of cloth, you want to alter the pattern. Choose the desired pattern, cut the cloth accordingly and sew the same in a new altered pattern.
