When setting up your house plants for a drip watering system, group them close together so the tubing won't show as much. Loop the tubing among the plants from the back side and have the plants sitting on a tray or saucers so the extra water is contained. The water source needs to be near enough to be concealed.

Add a valve, filter, water timer and plastic tubing to your water supply. Punch holes in the tube at each plant, add emitters and cap the end of the tube.

For house plants, the best drip system would be individual spike type waterers. A full fledged drip irrigation system would be very costly and messy for inside a home. The glass water globes are attractive and easy to use; you just fill them at the sink.

Get empty plastic carton. Then pierce a few small holes in the bottom. Then suspend it above the plants, add water to the plastic carton. Hopefully water should drip slowly at regular intervals.

Well, you can set it up however you would like. Just make sure you have a proper system. But its better to manually water your plants because drip systems are just ineffective.
