Not easily sorry to say. This is a job for a professional. It can be detected by machine called a sniffer or by injecting a dye which can then be found by black light and glasses. The repair will be determined by where the leak is.

Although you might be lucky, this kind of defect generally indicates that the condenser (or A/C system) is old enough that it should be replaced. Fixes usually work only a short while. Keep in mind that this is a system that is under pressure throughout; other leaks will occur.

Well if you want to repair the leak, then look for damage in the vent. You may need to replace the whole part. The parts are available at any major store.

Depending upon where the leak is coming from a simple piece of duct tape can repair the damage to a minor leak in the hoses contected to the unit. If there is further damage or dry rot in a hose it may require a gum patch.

If you can locate the leak (which is hard) you can fix it with JB weld or a real weld. If you cannot locate it, they sell refrigerant with a special sealer in it. It will last you a year or two, and then you will have to recharge again.

Well the first thing you need to find out is where is the Leak coming from, once you have figured that out you can choose between a couple of different methods 1 duck tape, 2nd JB weld, and 3rd duck tape

Basically to repair the leak you have to make sure that the vent is tightened correctly. You can also try replacing the filter.
