Raise the car with a jack, and remove the wheel. You will have to remove the brake calipers to take off the rotor. Once the calipers are removed, the rotor should be accessible, and can be removed. This procedure will not require any special tooling, and can be accomplished with basic tools and skills.

Brake rotors can be done at home. Safely raise the tire to be worked on and remove the tire. Remove the brake calipers and secure in place so damage does not occur to the brake line. Remove the center nut from the rotor if it has one and rotor should slide off.

yes, jack the car up. Remove the pads and calipers, which come off with a ratchet. Then the Rotor will slide right off. Those are the only things holding it.

Well depending on t=your skill you should be able to do this at home. If you can replace brakes then removing the rotors will not be much more difficult. Once the caliper gets removed the rotors should come off. Sometimes they do have a bolt holding it on though.

Lift the effected wheel with a jack and support it on jack stands. Remove the wheel, unbolt the brake rotor, and hang it by some string, NOT the brake line. The rotor should come off. I recommend having yoru brakes serviced by a professional.

Typically you can replace your own rotor at home if you have a good amount of automotive skill and some knowledge. You can usually find a walk-through with picture online to make it easier. You will need some basic hand tools but certain cars may require special sockets.

Yes you can. Usually you just pull the wheel and brake caliper off and the rotor should slide off. Some are held on with a screw or a large nut.

depending on the year, you may only need a breaker bar to remove the bolts holding the caliper brace, otherwise, you may need a 3 jaw puller.

Yes you can remove a brake rotor from a Mitsubishi Eclipse but its very fiddley. First you gotta remove the wheels and then take out all the excess part such as the calipers and pads.

It's very simple. Remove the wheel, then remove the brake caliper. The rotor should then pull right off. Installation is the reverse.

Yes it is something you can do at home if you have the right tools. You will jack up the side of the car that you want to work on. Remove the wheel. Remove the brake caliper and pads from the rotor. Then the rotor will pull directly off of the wheel studs. Installation is reverse order.
