Well anything that is something you physically create or draw you need to copyright or patent. Then you can submit your idea in a manuscript to a publisher.

Print the patterns and instructions for download as .pdf's or mail full patterns by post. Copyright your designs. Put together a Web page and spread the word.

You can publish photos of your art in a local paper or online source like ebay. If you want people to come in person, put up signs leading to your home.

By making up a website and taking pictures of them and put them on your site or you can find a local dealer that sells that kind of art patterns.

You take them to a publisher and have them publish it and then you can sell it. Although if people ask you for them and you want to sell them, then why don't you? Just sell them if you really want to. If not, then don't ask about how you can.
