As a breeder I would suggest that the puppies are re-homed at around 8 weeks old. Before this they need their Mum and siblings.

Puppies should never leave the litter until they are at least eight weeks old. They need that time to learn and develop from their mother and litter mates.

Hello, the puppies must live minimum 10 weeks with their mother. It's the only chance in a live of a dog to learn what a dog needs. Socialzation, hierarchy, character - it's a long time - but very important.
