Ultimately, you cannot. There is NO form of copy-protection or DRM that cannot be thwarted by hackers, often in less than a day after release. The only thing copy-protection does is hinder legitimate users. You have to just trust your customers, rather than trying to treat them all like thieves.

You can implement a serial number system and issue these serial numbers to your customers. Creating a serial number algorithm is quite hard to do so I would recommend you purchase a pre-complied DLL file.

There is no foolproof way of preventing software from being copied. You can however, make efforts to minimize unlawful copying of software. (product registration requirements, software keys, and integrity checks)
