Keema, Kheema, or Qeema:
Boil or fry minced- lamb or goat until brown.
Then fry chopped onions, garlic, ginger, & green chillies in butter/ghee,
until onions turn golden brown.
Add bay leaves, cinnamon, & cloves;
Mix in browned meat;
Add matar/peas and/or potatoes;
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a covered pot or pressure cooker.
