How can I make glue?

I think making my own would be cheaper.

I know a way to make something similar that may work, depending on what you use it for. Flour and water makes a good paste.

Mixing flour and water makes a very general glue. Making home made glue could be cheaper, but it would be very hard to make a strong glue.
