How can I make doing laundry easier?

i know this sounds kind of gross, but i think some people wash their stuff too often. yes, you should wash underwear and undershirts frequently, but maybe you are washing a little too frequently.

One way to make doing laundry easier would be to have more than one laundry basket or hamper. We do this and 'sort' our laundry as we get undressed. Whites go into one basket and darks go into another. This way when it's time to do laundry, I just grab the basket and go.

To make your laundry easier try sorting the clothes as you take them off/find them dirty. If you have one bin for white, colors, and one for hand wash you will not have to sort clothes on laundry day. Then make sure that you have full loads before you do your laundry as this will save time and energy.

It's always best to do laundry in larger loads than to make smaller loads that will take all day. If you have kids incorporate them in the process. Have them ball the socks and learn to fold their clothes. They should definitely be putting away their own clothing.
