First vacuum the polyester-covered furniture item. Now run a dry sponge over the item to remove pet hair and lint. Now treat the spots: use a damp sponge to slightly wet the spot stain and then work a small amount of Dawn Dishwashing Liquid into the stain. Gently blot dry with a towel and let item thoroughly dry before use.

Polyester can be washed in a machine on cold with mild detergent. I would make sure dry it on delicate or medium but don't dry it any longer then it needs to dry.

You can use white vinegar to clean the polyester. You can also machine wash it as well using tide and normal detergents.

To wash, use the permanent press cycle with warm water. Add fabric softener in the rinse cycle (also warm water) to reduce static cling and make the fabric softer. To dry, use a low heat setting. Immediately take out of dryer and hang to avoid creases. If needed, use a warm iron.

generally all polyester can be dry cleaned. over drying may lead to shrinking so avoid over drying. while washing add 1/2 cup of vinegar and rinse.

Just wash it on the warm cycle and remember to add fabric softener. This fabric tends to be stiff. Dry it on low heat and hang up with no creases.

You can clean polyester on the gentle cycle in the washer or dryclean. I like to buy the dryclean sheets from the store and clean them in my dryer.
