You need to scatter tea leaves around the bed. Roses really like to be talked to. I think it's the oxygen we breathe onto them.

Bayer makes a wonderful product called Rose and flower care. Big Blue bottle. it is rain proof and controls bugs and disease while promoting blooms and fertilizer all in one.

I know that whenever you cut roses, you are supposed to cut the branch on an angle, just above a point where there is a cluster of five leaves. Then, a new bud will form at that spot. I assume that this method would also work to stimulate the formation of buds,initially, also.

You can pick up a fertilizer from your local home and garden center. Put that on your rosebush and make sure to water it frequently. This will encourage your rose bush to bloom.

The plants must have direct sun light.Add natural manures and water the plants immediately.Prun them preiodically.Water them regularly before noon.Pluck away the worms damaging the leaves.Weeds have to get removed.Use inseticides to get rid of insects.Dead leaves have to be removed regularly.
