Depends on the size you need. A large one, you're going to want a few cardboard boxes and a lot of duct tape and use that for the outside. For a small scale model, use some paper and glue. If you need it to function, try looking for some wood. Always try to draw out what you want as well.

you can construct the charoit by using various soft bendable plastics, and getting some plans through the internet, you can use tinker toys for the wheels, and the med. sticks for the axels.shoe lacings,black or brown make excellent reins, aluminum foil can be used to make the crest for decorations.

If you need to make a chariot for school then find someone who is handy that can help you build it.
