How can I improve my muscle tone?

Answer by  mariearch (32)

Work out with weights. However, in order to tone muscles instead of build muscles, you should use less weight and do more reps. Then, do a cardio workout like running or swimming. Cardio is a great way to burn fat, and the less fat you have on your body, the more your muscles stand out.

I have tried everything out there. New exercise equipment that does the work for you all the way to drinking horrible tasting protien shakes. I have found that nothing works better than improving your diet and regular exercise. Relying on anything but diet and exercise won't work!
