The most important thing you can do is buy a quality splitter. All splitters will introduce some signal noise, but a more expensive one will generally be better. You may also want to consider investing in an amplified splitter, but the results produced vary.

You might want to look into buy a signal booster. It installs inline and amplifies the signal for when there is a long run to a tv.

There are splitters available that rate higher than others, using the best possible range is recommended. If it's more important for one TV over the others, use two splitters.
