Begin by avoiding carbonated beverages, especially beer. Then you should reduce your salt intake because salt causes bloating. Then,reduce your calorie intake and reduce your fat intake. Eat more protein. Eat more fruits and vegetables. You should start a regular exercise program that focuses on cardio and abdominal exercises and work out 3 to 4 times a week.

As we become more and more sedentary in our lifestyles that roll of fat at our belly line becomes bigger and bigger. A good exercise to get rid of this fat is to do sit-ups. Lay on your back with your knees bent and your hands/arms across your chest as you pull yourself into a partial sitting position.

Do alot of working out with weights to build muscle mass, then after you have done that, do alot of cardio. In addition, stick to a lower calorie diet, and avoid those sweets. Exercise everyday, in at least one way.
