For grass killing herbicides safe for orchard trees see farm supply store. Don't mow: longer leaves soak up more. Apply when ground will be dry for next few days.

Fill a spray bottle with 2 cups of white vinegar and spray the vinegar for every square foot of grass. Make sure not to spray anything besides the unwanted grass. After a short amount of time, mainly 48 hours given to soak into the grass will result in the grass dyeing.

A safe, nontoxic solution is white vinegar. Fill a spray bottle with white vinegar from the super market and completely saturate all unwanted grass. Small amounts of the vinegar should not harm other plants, only the intentionally saturated areas will begin to die in about 48 hours. Check the progress and repeat ever 48 hours as needed to kill grass.

There is specific grass killer you can buy that will not harm other plants. These chemicals are available in sprayers. Or you will have to hand pick the grass out.
