Part of it might just be your level of confidence with your particular partner. Try to identify what is making you feel insecure and then do some research on how to either get over it or how to learn to love and live with yourself.

Practice may not make perfect, but it sure helps. Take it slow, take time to enjoy yourself, and open up! Talking about your worries can really help you through it.

Realize that there are no special skills, but that sensitivity to your partner can help. The greatest benefit you will receive is to ask your partner what they want and then to do it. This gets them involved, gives you direction, and it puts them in a good mood and makes them easier to please.

You may have an issue where your mind wont settle down. Try not to eat or drink after 7pm, especially caffeine. Evening exercise could help as well.

Getting over your anxieties will take time. One thing that helps some people is to keep a journal of each time you start to feel anxious. Keep track of what you where doing, what was said, and everything around you. If you start to see a pattern of the same things are happening each time, then work on those things.

If its performance anxiety that you are referring to, then there are a few things that you can do to help immediately. Long foreplay is a great way to take the pressure off of you and get your partner more excited. Talking to your partner also helps.
