You don't. It's over. Relationships sometimes don't work and even if you love her - even if their relationship fails - your chapter in her love-life is over. The best thing you can do is console yourself and learn from your relationship.

Do NOT beg her to come back. Women hate men that are desperate. Be yourself. If you talk to her ( when SHE starts the conversation ) be friendly, polite, self confident. If she compares you with the other guy, she may want you back.

The easiest way would be to lose weight, get a better job, go back to school and show her what an all about quality guy you are so that your opposition will look weak in comparison. You can also shower her with expensive gifts or perhaps a trip to the Bahamas.

If your girlfriend has left you for another guy, there must be a reason. getting her back may not be the best thing. It might be time to move on.
