You can obtain a copy of your birth certificate by visiting your local health department. Charges will apply. The rates will depending on your state. You will need your photo ID and possibly a copy of your social security card depending on your location. You will also need to be able to tell your DOB and place of birth.

To get a copy of your birth certificate, contact the government office in the town that you were born in. Provide them with your name and the year of your birth. They will have a records department which will have a copy of your birth certificate. For a fee you can get a new copy.

Yes you can. You will need to go to the government office, or have someone else go in the county you were born it. I will not be free.
